These terms explain how Italy Bridge works with its users. By creating an account or using our services, the user accepts them.
Our role
- We help students apply to Italian universities: program guidance, application preparation and submission, scholarship applications where available, and student-visa assistance.
- We act only as an administrative and advisory intermediary. Admission, scholarship, and visa decisions belong entirely to the universities and authorities.
User responsibilities
- The user is responsible for providing accurate and genuine documents and information.
- Delays in documents, payments, or replies may affect or postpone the applications.
No guarantees
- We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approval, and are not responsible for rejections or for failures of external university or government systems.
- Our responsibility is limited to preparing and submitting the applications carefully and diligently on the user's behalf.
Fees and refunds
- Service fees are non-refundable once the process starts, except for a full 100% refund if the user is not admitted to any university.
- University application, enrolment, and other third-party fees are not included in our service fees.
Changes
- We may update these terms, and continued use of our services means acceptance of the changes.
